Our Solution provides user with the ability to file for various forms for any of the three services. Similarly, the channels include online web portal, offline electronic preparation utilities, and traditional counter submissions. Seamless payment integration, followed with capture of submitted supporting documents – all these achieved with the use of our Award Winning Product - Document Workbench 5.

Our Solution also comprises the processing of various types of applications (such as renewal, opposition, licensing, search & examination, etc) and approval process flow by various officers. Workflows, ranging from simple sequential to complex parallel and conditional branching or time or event triggers, are fully supported to facilitate dynamic changes to rules and legislation for our customers. Additional features such as processing notes, side-by-side case- document viewer, checklist, Processing Wizard and more.

Last of all, Our Solution, provides exchange of information through interfaces to external organization such as WIPO. Standard documents can also be generated and stored in the document repository. There are reporting facilities to retrieve comprehensive reports for higher Management.
